I think you should have more interaction with different aspects like fans, wrestlers, staff members and more. Maybe tasks from the owner or something to make it feel you are in the position of a gm. Fan or company feedback, even like a gm of the year award so it feels like booking a good show actually has importance. Things like being able to compare ratings with other brands to see who booked better that week.
I think the game just needs more like universe building. I feel like the game does well keeping in mind it’s still in development.
